Monday Streets San Antonio

Sample

The note is the knock. Say why you came.

Streets below are made up. The line is plain: you are not that crew, a tear-off is going on, and you came to ask if they want a look. Only at roofs that still look old.

Mike —

One tear-off is underway on a street you work. Skip that house. They already hired somebody. While that crew is still there, knock only the doors whose roofs still look old. Say you are not that company. Say you came because the tear-off is going on, and ask if they want theirs looked at. Do not apologize for trucks that are not yours. Do not say their roof is failing. Do not mention insurance. A look only if they stay in the conversation.

1. 1402 Oak Creek Dr. Tear-off underway. Skip 1402. Old-looking roofs only: 1400, 1404, 1406, and across.

2. 918 W Mary St. Skip 918. Only the doors that still look old. Do not say the roof across the street means theirs is next. You do not know that.

3. 2211 South 5th. Skip 2211. Knock while the trucks are still there. Leave a card with your name and company. Not a card about their noise.

That is the free sample. Next Monday I send the next batch, same area, every week.
