How it works

They already have somebody. That is why the list skips them.

If we sold you the permitted address, you would be right to throw this out. We don't. You get the doors next to someone else's tear-off. The line is who you are and why you came. Not an apology for a job that is not yours.

1. Public filings

We use City of San Antonio re-roof permits. The address, the permit, and the fact that a tear-off is underway.

2. The skip

The house on the permit is marked skip. That is not your lead.

3. The line

Say you are not that crew. Say you came because a tear-off is underway, and ask if they want theirs looked at. Only if the roof still looks old. A look only if they stay.

What arrives, and when.

The first email is a sample of real streets in your area, with a clear way to pay. If you are busy and forget, we come back twice. Then we stop.

First note

A few days later
One street from that note, if you have not paid. Not a reminder that you forgot.

The next Monday
New permits. If you do not reply, we do not write again.

After you pay

Same time each Monday. Your area only. Reply stop and it ends. No shared leads, no second crew getting your streets.
